Work or Sleep

Ahh... I'm not to sure what this is but people come with some crazy ideas; the first pic is a pillow/shirt, I guess you can lay your head on your arm when you get tired, maybe; And the second is a pillow/keyboard which I like better than the shirt, but I can do without that too
